My name is Kayla and I'm a 20 year old Canadian university student trying to motivate myself to start eating healthy and working out more often. Starting weight 138, now 130, and hoping to get down to 125. Goals: defined thighs, profound abs, lose the little rolls in the arm pits, slimmer hips, and just be fit all around.
